SVSU advances to baseball regional

Saginaw Valley State will make its first trip to the NCAA baseball regionals since 2002. The Cardinals (33-12) are seeded fourth and play Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville at 9 p.m. Thursday in Akron, Ohio.
