Loons race this Saturday

The First Annual Great Lakes Loons Pennant Race will be held on Saturday in Downtown Midland.

The 5K Run/Walk and the One Mile Fun Run will start and end at Dow Diamond. The 5K begins at 11 a.m. and the Fun Run begins at noon. Registration fees are $20 for the 5K and $15 for the Fun Run with all proceeds to benefit the Midland Public Schools track programs.

All registered participants will receive a race t-shirt and a lawn ticket to Saturday’s Great Lakes Loons home game. Food and drinks will be provided at the end of the race.
